Executive Department
Led by Victoria Larson (right), Nelly Caceres (left) our Executive Department takes charge of making essential decisions for the development of Eudora all while advancing the departments in order to ensure full success. The joint effort led by the CEO and COO ensures a fostering collaborative environment, within the business as a whole, to guarantee a well constructed business plan. Our Executive team exhibits integrity, passion and delegation which has become our code to success along the way.

Community Department
Led by Sankalpa Hegde, the Marketing Department is responsible for coming up with different strategies to promote our company. Our purpose is to find the right audience and keep them engaged. Working closely with social media to execute value, and products to generate revenue within our firm and manage customer value that benefits our organization. Marketing in components how the product or service will be conceived or designed, how much it should cost, and the promotion of the product. These factors are what increase our brand recognition, and maintain a successful company.
Design Department
Led by Tatiana Skibola, the Design Department at Eudora strives to create a pleasing and unique style when it comes to our presentation, and special projects. Our department works with hard working employees to provide creative and innovative designs.
Led by Aura Martinez, the Community Department maintains the link between EUDORA and its Community. It takes initiative and works to establish a connection between EUDORA and the real world. The department helps enforce the morals of the firm. This involves contributing to important causes and raising awareness through fundraisers , and interacting with the school population by providing a monthly newsletters and encouraging school participating in the firm.
Human Resources
Led by Rysha Alvi, the Human Resources department is responsible for the structure and functioning properties at Eudora. They are responsible for creating policies and work environment rules for all employees to follow. This department ensures that the employees at Eudora maintain a positive and working mindset, as well as demonstrate professional etiquette.
International Marketing
Led by Samiha Kazi, the International Marketing Department's mission is to establish an identity for Eudora, worldwide. This dedicated department contains a strong team, works towards creating new and better relations with diverse firms around the world. And finally celebrating the social and cultural differences and exchanges among the beautiful nations around the world. By doing so the International Marketing Department can achieve cultural integration at social level.
Social Media
Led by Adriana Lazo, the Social Media Department is responsible for coming up with different ways to advertise our company through the use of various social media platforms. Our purpose is to provide updates on any upcoming projects. Social media plays a big role in forming connections with the public. We work closely with the Design Department to create posts that are shared to our platforms. These are the most popular platforms that we shall use to reach a larger audience and convince potential customers to invest in our company.
Finance Department
Led by Rammendeep Girn, the finance department is in charge of the financial aspect of our firm. In Eudora we examine financial statements, and prepare and forecast budgets. We work closely with all departments and the executives to ensure that we are determining how to efficiently use our finances and prosper economically.
Technology Department
Led by Anthony DeCastro, the tech department is currently working on our website. Our website will consist of a personal one on one interaction. Our website will consist of our products and our contact information. The tech department is creating a personalized app for the convenience of our customers so that Eudora is at your fingertips.
